I’m halfway through Migraine and Headache Awareness Month and I’ve only had 3 migraines. Yippee! Now I just have to remember not to get too careless. Stress is not one of my triggers, but I have discovered that there are bad habits I do when I am stressed that can certainly trigger one. I’m busy today getting ready to leave town for the weekend. I’ve been to the pharmacy, the grocery store, and the gas station. I’ve washed clothes, packed the SUV and brushed the dog. Now it’s time to sit on my butt, drink a big glass of water and eat something before I give myself a raging migraine.
This year I am focusing my efforts on building awareness for my “other” headache disorder, Cluster Headaches.
