Tammy’s Treatment

I am often asked what medication and supplements I take to manage my chronic pain disorders. To make life a little simpler, I’ve listed everything here. Please remember there are hundreds of available treatments and that everyone responds differently. Work with your headache specialist to find the right combinations for you.

You would think with all these resources, there would always be something that helped. Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. Sometimes the symptoms overwhelm me and I forget what my options are. At other times, I try everything and none of it works.
